I love reading and writing and baking, walking and hiking and having conversations with interesting people. Dawn over Lake Michigan and the first buds of spring. Seeing that my children and grandchildren are happy, and hugging them when the chance arises. I've written three culinary mysteries (published in 2019, 2021 and 2023 by D.X. Varos Publishing, but the publisher recently died, and I'm in the middle of taking back my rights). The Whipped and Sipped Mystery series is set in the Chicago neighborhood where I live, in the kind of café that I wish still existed. I look forward to the world opening up again.
